When and where will I receive the presets?

The presets, along with instructions, will be sent to your email as soon as your order is complete.

I haven’t received my presets – what should I do?

If you haven’t received an email with the presets within 30 minutes of ordering and it’s not in your SPAM folder, please email us at shop@eliskajanousova.com,and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

If I’m not satisfied with the presets, can I get a refund?

Do I need a paid Adobe Lightroom subscription for the presets to work on my mobile?

No, you don’t need a paid subscription. You can import presets into the free Adobe Lightroom mobile app, available on both iOS and Android.

Do the presets work with JPG format?

Yes, the presets will work on JPGs, but the effect might be a bit too "strong," and you may need to adjust the preset strength or tweak a few basic parameters (like temperature).

The presets are optimized for RAW formats, which offer more flexibility for editing. Most cameras and mobile phones today support RAW, you just need to enable it in the settings.

Here's how to enable RAW: iOS & Android.

Will I need to make additional edits to the photos?

Yes and no. Every photo has its own unique exposure, temperature, and tint, so you might need to fine-tune these three parameters after applying the preset. However, in some cases, the preset may be a perfect fit right away.

Are the presets suitable for portraits or wedding photos?

Most likely not. In fact, many of my presets adjust the luminosity and shade of orange, which is the base of skin tone. As a result, close-up portraits might appear unnatural.
